One word and all is lost. -André Breton A native English speaker and graduate of Texas Tech University, I am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Translation program at the Institute for Applied Linguistics at Kent State University. Upon completion of my degree, I will have extensive training in literary, technical, medical, and scientific translation, as well as in project management, software localization, and web development applications and languages. I will also have advanced knowledge of translation tools such as Trados, SDLX, and Translator's Workbench. I am currently available for freelance work, and can also refer translators for Spanish, German, Japanese, and Russian translation projects.
